WHEN DO WE NEED YOUR DECLARATION OF CONSENT?
If you would like to receive information on comparable, similar or other properties in addition to the requested property, if you would like to be noted for certain properties or if we would like to store and process your data for further contact after the conclusion of the contract and after the statutory retention requirements have expired. You can send us this declaration of consent using the checkbox provided in the object-related contact form, in the general contact form on the first page of our homepage, by email or in writing grant approval (declaration of consent). DEADLINES/DELETION
1) According to our proof of activity to the client and to safeguard our commission claim, your data will be stored from the time of your request until the sale (entry in the land register) or until the rental of the property (Signing the rental contract) either through our activity or also until the sale/rental by another broker or the owner himself.
2) If a contract (purchase/rent) is concluded, your data will be stored for 7 years in accordance with the tax office's retention obligation.
3) When a Preliminary contract (rental offer or purchase offer) or contract (purchase agreement or rental agreement), a copy of your ID will be stored for 5 years in accordance with the Money Laundering Act.
After the above-mentioned periods have expired, your data will be deleted from all data carriers or - if available in paper form - destroyed.
General data, e.g. after a general request, will be stored with us for 3 months for the purpose of processing the request and follow-up questions and then deleted if there is no declaration of consent.
POSSIBLE DISCLOSURE OF YOUR DATA
We store and process the personal data transmitted or disclosed to us only insofar as it is related to the execution of the contract (agency contract). A transfer takes place only to the minimum extent necessary and insofar as it is necessary for the execution of the contract, is based on a legal basis or there is a legitimate interest in the business transaction of those involved (third parties).
